Returns are welcomed if the product was purchased at full price, is still in restocking condition (including all packaging) and was purchased directly from our webstore within 30 days of purchase.
NOTE: Items purchased On Sale (or during a sale period) are not eligible for refunds. You may return for an exchange or store credit.
How do I return my order?
- Email email@example.com with your return request within 30 days from date of delivery.
- Fill out your returns form and send to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can download and print the form using the link on this page (see above)
- Please ensure the shoes are packaged the exact same way as you received them.
- We will then send you a prepaid returns label to stick to your package.
- Drop your package into a post office or post box.
What if my order is faulty or incorrectly delivered?
We take the upmost care in ensuring our goods are of high quality which is why we check all products before they are sent out to our customers. However, if for any reason you find that our products are faulty or unsatisfactory, or you did not receive what you ordered, we will be determined to resolve any issues to satisfy our customers.
Returns will be accepted for products purchased from the Alias Mae web store if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order. However, you will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making a return claim.
You will also need to send through photos to email@example.com so we can assess and further advise the process of amending any issues.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your goods have been received by Alias Mae please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
